WOW factor!

Alderley edge client had added a third storey to their home and gone to the expense of having a bespoke floating staircase installed to create a wow factor. Building Control had stipulated minimum 30 minutes fire doors be used to protect escape routes which left the client with a problem.

Most fire doors are not very attractive and definitely wouldn’t allow you to appreciate the impressive stair case.

Luckily iSteel was instructed to install our E30 Fire Rated glazed steel doors which maintain the contemporary sleek feel of the interior whilst adding to the WOW rather than detracting from it.
