Set within the charming village of Laughton-en-le-Morthen, this beautifully renovated farmhouse is a celebration of individuality, where bold colour, characterful pieces and confident design choices come together effortlessly.
At the heart of the home lies a spacious kitchen, where our client envisioned a true statement feature, a bespoke glazed steel pantry that would combine function with visual impact. Working in close collaboration with the project’s kitchen maker, we carefully integrated our steel and glass door system around custom oak cabinetry to ensure a seamless, considered finish.
The result is striking.
Framed in our signature textured black steel, the pantry wraps elegantly around the joinery, softly illuminated through reeded glass to showcase its curated contents. With doors intentionally left open, the space becomes more than storage, it’s a magazine-worthy display, adding depth, warmth and a sense of theatre to the kitchen.
Impressed by both the result and the process, the client invited iSteel back on multiple occasions. We have since installed additional luxury internal steel doors throughout the main house and guest accommodation, along with a tailored Juliet balcony balustrade, each piece contributing to the home’s cohesive yet playful aesthetic.
