Carrying a Signature Aesthetic Through the Home
Set in the rural landscape of Caernarfon, Gwynedd, this beautifully re-imagined home has undergone an extensive and thoughtfully executed redevelopment, and we were proud to be invited back to play a part in its final stages.
Having previously installed steel doors between the entrance hall and the open-plan kitchen and dining space, the client returned to us with a clear brief: carry the same refined aesthetic into their new dream laundry room.
The challenge was to create a clear division between the impressive boot room and the laundry, without losing light or visual connection. Our solution was a set of slim, delicately proportioned steel doors with a simple, classic cross-bar design. The glazing allows natural light from the boot room windows to flow effortlessly into the laundry, while subtly framing and zoning the view beyond.
The result is a space that feels both practical and considered, functional separation without compromise. These doors don’t shout for attention; instead, they quietly elevate the space, acting as one of the finishing touches to a comprehensive, well-designed home.
Another lovely project, and one we’re genuinely proud to have been part of… not once, but twice.
